Recruitment Metrics
The recruitment process is tracked using several key metrics that provide insights into its effectiveness and efficiency. These metrics help in evaluating candidate progress, process timelines, and overall performance.
Candidate Metrics
- All candidates: The total number of potential candidates added for a specific requisition, representing the initial talent pool.
- First interviews: The number of candidates who progressed to the first round of interviews, reflecting initial screening effectiveness.
- Second interviews: The number of candidates who advanced to the second round of interviews, reflecting deeper alignment with the role’s requirements.
- Approved candidates: The number of candidates who have been internally approved but have not yet reached the offer stage.
- Rejected candidates: The number of candidates not selected to advance in the recruitment process, indicating the effectiveness of the selection criteria.
- Sent offers: The number of job offers formally sent to candidates, representing the transition from internal approval to the formal offer stage.
- Accepted offers: The number of job positions successfully filled, indicated by accepted job offers.
- Rejected offers: The number of job offers declined by candidates, reflecting the instances where candidates chose not to accept the offer.
- Time to hire: The total duration from the approval of a hiring request to the acceptance of the first job offer by a candidate, measuring the efficiency of the recruitment process.
- Rejection rate: The percentage of job offers rejected by candidates, calculated as the ratio of rejected offers to total offers sent, providing insight into offer attractiveness.
Timeline Metrics
- Created at: The moment the requisition was created.
- Submitted for approval at: The moment the requisition was sent for approval.
- Approved at: The moment the requisition was approved.
- Job openings posted at: The moment the requisition was moved to "Post job openings" status.
- First candidate added at: The moment the first potential candidate was added to the requisition.
- First interviews at: The moment the first interview for a candidate was scheduled under "Potential candidates > Interview Stages."
- Second interviews at: The moment the first second-round interview was scheduled under "Potential candidates > Interview Stages."
- First offers at: The moment the first candidate was moved to "Sent offer" status.
- First accepted proposals at: The moment the first candidate was moved to "Accepted proposal" status.
- Closed at: The moment all vacancies were filled, and the requisition was automatically closed.
- Rejected at: The moment the requisition was rejected during the approval process.
